Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
This Returns and Exchanges Policy (“Policy”) outlines the guidelines and procedures for returning or exchanging T-shirts (“Products”) purchased from EDU PNW (“Company”). By making a purchase, customers (“Customers”) agree to adhere to the terms stated in this Policy.
- Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges: 1.1 Products are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. 1.2 To be eligible, Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. 1.3 Personalized or custom-made Products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Return Process: 2.1 To initiate a return, Customers must contact the Company’s customer support within the specified return period to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. 2.2 The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package. 2.3 Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the Products.
- Exchange Process: 3.1 To initiate an exchange, Customers must follow the same process as outlined for returns (refer to section 2). 3.2 In the exchange request, Customers must specify the desired size, color, or variant for the replacement Product.
- Inspection and Approval: 4.1 All returned or exchanged Products will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria stated in this Policy. 4.2 The Company reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the Products do not meet the required conditions.
- Refunds and Replacements: 5.1 Once the returned Products are received and inspected, the Company will notify Customers regarding the approval or rejection of the return or exchange. 5.2 Approved returns will be eligible for a refund in the original form of payment, excluding shipping charges. 5.3 Approved exchanges will result in the shipment of the requested replacement Products to the Customer’s specified address.
- Non-Refundable Items: 6.1 Shipping charges and any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees are non-refundable. 6.2 Gift cards or promotional items are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Defective Products: 7.1 In the case of receiving damaged or defective Products, Customers must contact customer support within 7 days of receiving the order. 7.2 Customers may be required to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
- Modification of Policy: 8.1 The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Returns and Exchanges Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this policy before initiating any returns or exchanges.
- Governing Law: 9.1 This Returns and Exchanges Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Clackamas, Oregon, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By initiating a return or exchange, Customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Returns and Exchanges Policy.
