Clothing Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the shipping of T-shirts, Hoodies, Stickers, and Decals (“Products”) ordered from [EDU PNW] (“Company”) to customers (“Customers”). By placing an order for T-shirts, Customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Order Processing and Shipping: 1.1 Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the Company will process the order within 2-3 business days for all products in stock, and 7-14 business days for all print-on-demand. 1.2 Shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference and are not guaranteed. 1.3 The Company shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, customs delays, print delays, and transportation issues.
- Shipping Methods: 2.1 The Company offers various shipping methods, which may include standard shipping, expedited shipping, and international shipping. 2.2 Customers may choose their preferred shipping method during the checkout process. Shipping costs will be calculated accordingly.
- Shipping Address: 3.1 Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses during the order process. 3.2 The Company will not be held liable for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by Customers.
- Shipping Fees and Taxes: 4.1 Shipping fees are calculated based on the chosen shipping method and destination. 4.2 Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees.
- Tracking and Delivery: 5.1 Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the order is shipped. 5.2 The Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, but delivery times are subject to the shipping carrier’s policies.
- Lost or Damaged Shipments: 6.1 In the event that a shipment is lost or damaged during transit, Customers must contact the Company’s customer support within 14 days of the expected delivery date. 6.2 The Company will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Replacement or refund options will be considered based on the investigation outcome.
- Returns and Exchanges: 7.1 For information regarding returns and exchanges, Customers should refer to the Company’s separate Returns and Exchanges Policy.
- Modification of Terms: 8.1 The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review these terms before placing an order.
- Governing Law: 9.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Clackamas, Oregon, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
